Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective September 19, 2026

These terms cover the Avery application and the phone and text message services operated by Freedom Systems Lab (“FSL”).

The service

Avery is an AI executive assistant operated by FSL for its Founder and people he authorizes. She manages scheduling, reminders, messages and calls on the owner’s behalf. Avery is an AI system and identifies herself as an assistant when she contacts people for the owner.

Your account and permissions

You decide which accounts Avery may access, and you can withdraw that access at any time. You are responsible for the instructions you give her and for keeping your own sign-in details safe.

Text messaging terms (SMS)

Calls

Calls to our number may be answered, screened or recorded by an AI assistant, who will identify herself as an assistant.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, to send unsolicited marketing, or to try to gain access to systems or information that are not yours.

No professional advice

Avery provides administrative help. She does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and she does not make commitments or payments except as the owner has authorized.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, FSL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Questions: freedomsystemslab@gmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
