Privacy Policy
Effective September 19, 2026
This policy explains what information Freedom Systems Lab (“FSL”, “we”) handles through the Avery application and our phone and text message services, and what we do with it.
Who this applies to
Avery is a private executive-assistant application operated by FSL for its Founder and for people he authorizes. It is not offered to the general public.
Information we access
- Google account data, with your permission: calendar events, email messages and drafts, and contacts in the Google account you connect.
- Messages and calls: the phone numbers, the content of text messages, call recordings or transcripts, and the times of communications sent to or from FSL’s phone number.
- What you tell Avery: instructions, preferences, reminders and notes you give her.
How we use it
Only to provide the assistant service to the account owner: keeping the calendar, preparing and sending messages the owner asked for, reminding, screening calls, and remembering commitments. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Google user data. Avery’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, is not used for advertising, and is not read by people except with the owner’s consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
AI processing
Avery is an AI system. To do her work, the content she handles may be processed by AI model providers under terms that prohibit them from using it to train models for others. We send only what a task requires.
Text messages (SMS)
Program: Freedom Systems Lab Assistant Messages. Avery, the Founder’s assistant, sends conversational texts such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling messages and replies, only to people who texted or called our number first or who gave their mobile number directly to Daniel Moore and asked to be contacted by text.
What we collect for messaging: your mobile phone number, the content and time of messages you exchange with us, and the record of your consent to receive texts. We use it only to send and answer those messages.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the telephone and messaging providers that deliver the messages for us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help, or email freedomsystemslab@gmail.com.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that run our systems (such as cloud hosting, telephone service and AI model providers), when the owner directs us to, or when the law requires it.
Storage, security and retention
Information is stored on systems controlled by FSL, protected with access controls and encryption in transit. We keep it while the account is connected and as long as needed for the purposes above. You can disconnect Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can ask us to delete your information.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions or deletion requests: freedomsystemslab@gmail.com.
